Mel and the Team at South City Party Nibbles are all long Term Decorators and all have various Skills to be able to offer assistance with your needs, Mel has tutored classes from Invercargill to Whangarei, and attended local and international Cake Conferences to refine her skills. Mels family members have owned bakeries and have been cake decorating for many years.
